Peter Bunting made waves in his Sectoral Debate contribution, proposing a brand new Police Service. Mr. bunting’s presentation, made on Tuesday in the House, was highlighted by the Oppositions suggestion for transforming the existing paramilitary constabulary model of the JCF, ISCF and district constables into a single 21st Century Police Service headed by a more empowered Commissioner.
